Corporate need only well educated slave. Only afraid slave, can treat intelligent as fool's for their job security. 

Better leave corporate and goahead  towards your own freedom life. Or continue your work for  just 10 percentage hike. Pledge of  your freedom and your entire family  can only give you atleast name sake glory and not the real peace for your mind.

Realize the face U can't attend any family function or any medical emergency for your family members will make you stress a lot.

Even for going to restroom also, proper permission is required from your "Stupid boss". .

Good Manager or well performing manager will not allow you to put his employees heads down infront of others or in the name of any company policies.

Think for a while and take decision, our India is always growing in its economy and potential.

If you feel, that your immediate manager is taking benefit out of you and only keen on his individual growth. Better move out of the organization. Because there are many companies respect people as people.
